Standing Rules and Procedures Book on the web were those last revised in the fall of 2009.   

Changes since that time are available by reveiwing the minutes of any State Meeting and any Board Meeting minutes since Convention.  Eileen Johnson maintains the electronic file on the permanent record for the State Association.
